1) Registered 17 products at RF Ministry of Health in 8 months,

2) Concluded shipment contracts with 2 ’s largest distributors – Protek and SIA International,

3) Ensured smooth certification and customs clearance of the shipped products,

4) Developed and implemented a per-product cost-effective marketing program to target key doctor, pharmacist and consumer audiences that included the following objectives:

· Ensure wide product awareness in the healthcare community and among consumers.

· Ensure broad distribution at pharmacies;

· Create and uphold active pharmacist recommendation to consumers;

· Create and uphold doctor prescriptions;

· Elicit consumer interest to products and desire to buy.

5) Developed and implemented a highly effective sales management system including:

· Effective territory management;

· Field force management.

6) Hired and trained personnel, a total of 45 people: (4 sales managers and 25 sales (medical) representatives in and the region, 1 marketing manager and 2 product managers, regulatory affairs and office support personnel, to launch regional activities – 2 area managers and a team of medical representatives in ).

7) After 6 months of promotion the company took the 1-st place among competitors in Moscow by the level of doctor recommendation among gynaecologists (Comcon agency data) and the 3-d place by the pharmacy sales volumes in related product categories in with gynaecology and pediatric products (RMBC and Pharmexpert market research agencies).

8) After 1 year of work in the Russian market the company received high official recognition in the Russian business community and became member of the Union of Professional Pharmaceutical Organizations “UPROPHARM”.
